Do you take custom or special requests?

Yes! Customization is at the heart of Deco Pony. We’re always happy to talk through ideas to add more style, organization, and barn pride to your horse show setup or home barn aisle.

If you have a specific vision—or need help pulling one together—reach out and we’ll take it from there.

What file format should I send for my logo?

Vector files are best whenever possible. We prefer PDF, AI, or EPS files.
High-resolution PNG or TIFF files also work well.

If you’re unsure what you have, send it anyway—we’re happy to take a look and advise.

Which products can be customized?

Most Deco Pony products can be customized in your barn colors, with many offering logo options. This includes:

  • Custom Stall Guards
  • Halter Guards
  • Stall Plaques & Stable Signs
  • Barn Signs & Name Plates
  • Dressage Letters
  • Wrap Holders

Product pages will note available customization options, or you can always ask.

What is your turnaround time on Custom items?

Once your digital proof (if applicable) is approved, most custom orders are created and shipped within approximately 2 weeks.

During busy show seasons or holidays, turnaround times may vary—current estimates are always listed on individual product pages.

Do you make banners?

Yes! We offer custom banners to coordinate with your Deco Pony items.

Options include:

  • Long, narrow banners for the top of aisle rows (perfect for hanging ribbons)
  • Barn name banners
  • Sponsored Rider banners for horse shows with the logos of all your Brands

If you don’t see exactly what you’re envisioning, just reach out.

Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

Yes. A 10% discount is available when ordering 4 or more items, in any combination of products.

This is especially popular for trainers, teams, barns, and group gifts. Contact us for the current discount code or help building a package.

Can I return my order?

Non-custom items may be returned in new, unused condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Because custom items are made specifically for your barn, custom orders are final sale.

Deco Pony ships throughout the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
